DATA SHARING PROTOCOL
The parties agree and recognise that they process personal data related to or under the Terms and Conditions as separate and independent data controllers.
The Company processes personal data, such as candidate CVs, to deliver recruitment services to the Client. The Client processes personal data provided by the Company to achieve its recruitment goals.
Each party independently determines the duration of the data processing.
The purpose of the data processing is to carry out recruitment screening and assessments whilst complying with legal obligations.
The categories of personal data include but are not limited to title, first name, last name, gender, nationality, email address, phone numbers, addresses, date of birth, employment history (e.g. job application, employment references or secondary employment), skills and qualifications, education history (e.g. qualifications), right to work information and current remuneration.
The categories of data subject include employees, agents and suppliers of each party and recruitment candidates (as applicable).
The parties will process personal data for the duration of the agreement and for any additional period necessary to achieve the purposes for which the data was collected, in compliance with applicable legal requirements.
